Community Outreach Initiative - October 2023

Girls of Impact Community Outreach Initiative is an in-person communication drive, specifically targeted to connect and build networks within the GOI community. This initiative proposes to partner with several schools, youth groups, and nonprofit organizations to engage with young women and girls on mentorship and leadership training which are key pillars to GOI’s work.

In October 2023, we visited the Bishops Centenary College in Port of Spain for the first installation of our COI. If you would like us to partner with your organization, please contact us at info@girlsofimpact.org with the caption ‘Community Outreach Initiative‘.

Include HER: Empowerment Symposium - March 2024

In commemoration of International Women’s Day 2024, GOI hosted a panel discussion for young women in line with the theme for IWD ‘Inspiring Inclusion’.

In a world where inclusion is often seen as an external process, we believe it begins from within, rooted in self-awareness and self-preparation. GOI is on a mission to empower women to embrace their fullest potential, transcending the narrative of being merely accepted. Our event illuminated the transformative power of proactivity, demonstrating that women can shape a reality where the world recognizes and matches their inherent value with deserving opportunities.
