Who We Are

We believe in the power of girls and young women to shape the Caribbean's future.

Girls of Impact creates opportunities for girls and young women to develop their leadership, build meaningful careers, strengthen their communities and make their voices heard. Through programmes, mentorship, advocacy and community action, we are building a network of young women equipped to lead change across the Caribbean.

Our Caribbean Vision

Rooted in Trinidad & Tobago. Building across the Caribbean.

Girls of Impact was founded in Trinidad & Tobago in 2022 with a vision that reaches beyond our shores. We are building a regional community where girls and young women can access opportunities, develop their leadership and contribute to the future of the Caribbean.
