The Accelerate Her Career Mentorship Programme is Girls of Impact’s flagship initiative, designed to equip young women aged 18–30 with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to navigate their career journeys with confidence and purpose.
We understand the challenges young women face when entering the workforce or transitioning into new opportunities. Through Accelerate Her, we aim to bridge the gap by connecting participants with experienced mentors, providing tailored career guidance, and fostering leadership and professional growth.
Mentees are paired with accomplished professionals from diverse industries who offer guidance, share expertise, and inspire personal and professional growth.
Practical sessions on topics like resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and personal branding ensure participants are workforce-ready.
Connect with industry leaders, peers, and mentors to build relationships that open doors to new opportunities.
Through targeted training, mentees learn to take initiative, build resilience, and lead with confidence in their respective fields.
Access career-focused toolkits, webinars, and curated materials to support ongoing development.
Mentees will take part in a meaningful community service project that highlights the value of giving back and making a positive impact in their communities.
