Community Outreach Initiative

The GOI Community Outreach Initiative is an in-person communication drive aimed at connecting and building networks within the GOI community. By partnering with various educational institutions and community groups, we aim to engage our key stakeholders and create meaningful relationships. 

Objectives

The objectives of the GOI Community Outreach Initiative are:

  • Awareness: Increase awareness of the GOI community, its purpose, mission, and vision.
  • Public Sensitization: Foster public interest in the organization and its activities.
  • Empowerment: Provide training and sensitization sessions on current topics to help young women within our target group.
  • Engagement: Enhance stakeholder engagement and build lasting relationships.
  • Membership: Attract new members to join the GOI community.

Topic Ideas for Sessions

We have curated a series of engaging and informative sessions to address various aspects of personal and professional development:

  1. Fundamentals of Career Planning: The Future Awaits – Guidance on planning a successful career path and exploring future opportunities.
  2. The Entrepreneur in You – Inspiring young women to discover and nurture their entrepreneurial spirit.
  3. The Social Media Presence – Educating on the importance of a positive social media presence and how to manage it effectively.
  4. Who am I? Image and Branding for Young Women – Helping young women understand and develop their personal brand and self-image.
  5. Money Matters: Fundamentals of Budgeting and Finance – Teaching essential financial skills and budgeting techniques for financial independence.
  6. Self-Esteem vs Self-Worth: The Self-Care/Love & Soft Life Debate – Exploring the concepts of self-esteem and self-worth, and the importance of self-care and self-love.

We are also open to curating unique topic to meet the needs of young women in your community.
